I Have A Friend Who Was Diagnosed With Temporal Arttites.

I have a friend who was diagnosed with temporal Arttites. They did operate on her and thats what the diagnosis was. She started on 3 steroid pills a day now down to a half of pill. She is almost 88. She keeps falling is it because of TP?? or what else could it possibly be?? to tell her not to turn her head too fast. She gets up too fast to answer phone and she falls. She has been very depressed lately. Her kids put her in a assisted living home. She has other issues and is on a lot of medications.. Have any idea what would be causing the falls????????????
