I Have A Friend Who Was In A Car Accident

I have a friend who was in a car accident about a month ago. On her
3rd visit to the hospital they finally determined that she had a concussion and neck injury. She has been experiencing a lot of fatigue, headaches, occasional dizziness, and most recently diarrhea. Is diarrhea a typical symptom of a concussion?
