I Have A Friend Who Worked All Her Life And

I have a friend who worked all her life and now she needs to rehydrate constantly is suffering from extreme exhaustion and vasovagal symptoms. She no longer works and no one seems to be able to give her answers and it exceeds my nursing training. Can you help me direct her in a path that may be helpful to her?
