I Have A Friend (whom I Have Only Seen Several

I have a friend (whom i have only seen several times in the past 10 years) suffering from what i believe to be schizophrenia paranoia, she came to my house last night and was completely saying that "these" people are trying to lock her up and take her kids. she was hiding from them. She knew and remembered me to be a safe person and place for her. After almost 3 hours of her talking about the same things over and over again making no sense what so ever, I was able to get her to leave and go home. She then texted me and said her husband was filing for separation and asked if she could stay with me. I do not want to get involved with her delusions but I do want her to get some help. She does not believe she has any issues and refuses to take medication. I told her to stay home and not to leave her family. I also asked her to seek wisdom from her pastor and MD today as she is followed by a psychiatrist.
She texted me this morning at 4 am and said she needed to talk to myself and my husband, I did not respond because I was asleep. She then called me and with no response she texted me again saying She needed to get this device out of her back and who would we recommend? I asked her who put it there and she sent me a picture of her mother in law and said it was her.
I told her to follow up with her MD. she said no worries and ok.
I am really concerned about her well being and also concerned that she is going to show up at my house again at random times of the day or night. How do I proceed with helping her. She feels that everyone including her husband, mother, in laws, "everyone" is plotting against her to send her away. I am at a loss. She did not seem suicidal or homicidal but I just don;t know.. I am in the health care field and I am also a mental health first aid responder, but this is out of my league....
