I Have A Friend Who's Mother Is 91 Years Old

I have a friend who's mother is 91 years old . he informed me that for the past 3 days , she has been oblivious to her surroundings , incontent ( unaware of this ) , seems to have trouble assembling words ,and speaking . She fell yesterday & did not even realize she had fell . Also , she thought she was walking & was moving her legs as if she was . What do we do ?
