I Have A Fungal Infection At Both Sides Of My

I have a fungal infection at both sides of my inner thigh. It was itchy at the start of the infection..now the itching has stopped after using a cream given by my GP but there's a foul smell emmited from here all the time.I hv to shower 4 to 5 times at day then apply talcum powder but the smell recurs.
Pls help. It's really unbearable...the smell i mean...what can i do?
