I Have A Ganglion Cyst On My Right Wrist Above

I have a ganglion cyst on my right wrist above the thumb basal joint which has degenerative arthritis, also trigger finger on pinky and left thumb. The cyst couldn't be drawn out by needle and was surgically removed but is back. I have pain and swelling when using my hand a lot. I have recently quit my job which was very hands on and wondering what other options I have.
