I Have A Gone A Urine Dr Test The Result

I have a gone a urine dr test the result is as fellow so gravity 1.030 oH----- 6 urobilinogen is 3.2 umol/L upto 16 umol/L leucocytes 3/HPF epithelial cell 3/HPF non SQUAMOUS epi cell occasional bacteria r few nd mucus +1
All r other reading is nil nd nagtive plz let me know
