I Have A Good Friend With Multiple Health Issues And

I have a good friend with multiple health issues and I recently found out that his pancreas has been removed. He also says that he has a blood cancer now as well. What do you think about this? Is he telling me the truth about what is all going on with him or is he just trying to get me to marry him??? He has already survived testicular cancer and colon cancer and has syliac disease and is latose intolerant... so many things that I can't keep track of.. please help me figure him out. Thank you
