I Have A Gooey Thick White And Osle Green Mucus

I have a gooey thick white and osle green mucus but not much bowl . I was sick with food poison for a few days and thought I was better. Than the fishy onion smell came with the mucus and now have green and yellow stuff coming out my nose and mouth and my ears are cligged
