I Have A Granddaughter Who Is Three. Last Week She

I have a granddaughter who is three. Last week she had high fever and they found her white blood cell count to be 24.4. They gave her antibiotics for five days.

Yesterday again she had fever and they found her etc to be 12. They gave her Augpen which she started on 6 hours ago. She still has high fever.

Will it go as she takes more of the medicine or does she need further attention?

She is eating and not vommitting and has no runny tummy.
