I Have A Grape Size Lump On My Scrotum, It

I have a grape size lump on my scrotum, it started as a pea size and I popped it. Nothing came out but I felt it "pop" under the skin. I have been trying to push anything out for now 43 hours later or about two days, and it has swollen or progressed to a grape size squishy lump in the same place. I tried to pop it & slight blood, white puss & clear liquid came out. Through out this process it was never inflamed or itchy, the only pain came from the acts of "popping or squeezing" themselves. It's size is what worries me but what is this or should I see a doctor immediately?
