I Have A Grease Ball On My Right Eye On

I have a grease ball on my right eye on the lid it doesn't move freely and it doesn't hurt when I touch it. I'm wondering if I could take it off some how or does it come off at time or if I need to go to a specialist because it's been annoying and I don't feel confident.
