I Have A Greyish Patch Over The Top Half Of

I have a greyish patch over the top half of the vision in my right eye. It started 4 hours ago. There is no pain and I have not had any headaches. Could this be vitreous detachment or floaters? When I close my eye lid slowly, the edge of the patch gets bright. I have also noticed more floaters in my peripheral vision in my right eye.
