I Have A Groin Pain Similar To Getting Kicked As

I have a groin pain similar to getting kicked as well as pain in my right lower side. It seems to be constant and rest does not help. I have had a mesh (hernia surgery) for the left side and wonder if I my be suffering from a problem on the right side of the groin?
