I Have A Group Of 4 Little Bumps On My

I have a group of 4 little bumps on my penis. They are not itchy or painful . They are about the same diameter as the lead stick in a wooden pencil . One seems to be sort of scabbed over or maybe just a little crust . At the moment this is the only group of bumps like this on my penis or anywhere else on my body . My gf is on the depo provera birth control shot . She is also vaccinated for HPV and whatever else the 3 doses vaccinated her of when she was like 12-13 years old . I have just turned 17 y/o while she turns 17 y/o in january. We very rarely use a condom which is foolish, i know. We last had sex about ago . But generally speaking we have sex just about every day. But These bumps just appeared this morning . Please help .
