I Have A Growth Which Used To Be On My

I have a growth which used to be on my vulva but since I got older, has relocated to my groin, due to sagging skin. When I was younger it used to be the size of a mature green grape. Simular to the size and shape of the upper joint of the thumb. Now that I'm older, it has shrunk to the size of an English pea. Plus it is oozing a thin watery discharge that is very caustic to my skin. It burns and stings my skin and is extremely itchy. I wash 3/4 times and day and apply a barrier cream. It's the only comfort I have in this issue. It even burns any cuts I might have on my hands, when I wash. Very uncomfortable. What is this hideous condition?
