I Have A Gyn Question. My Pubic Hairline Is Slowly

I have a gyn question. My pubic hairline is slowly migrating into my labia area at the very top where the fold is and it gets very itchy. It all started sometime last year. What is going on with my anatomy? Also I have breast implants and with in a month or so it started to contract the later part of 2015, I've had it since 1979 and has been replaced in 2000? not sure of that date. What used to be the softer side is firmer the other.
