I Have A Hand Rash On The Top Of My

I have a hand rash on the top of my left hand. It does not itch or sting. It appears to stop and has an edge on it that looks like it has been coloured on. It's just there. It covers approximately 75% of the surface. It is now starting on my right hand and is the size of coin.
