I Have A Hard Lump At My Hair Line, Left

I have a hard lump at my hair line, left side,right next to my cervical spine. It never goes away, and when it seems to get more prominent it triggers a migraine and I get neck pain and pain down into the scapular area. Also my neck gland gets sore and it hurts below my ear/jaw area. I've had it for years and it is slowly getting bigger. A few doctors told me it was a knot in my muscle, but it never went away. It makes me miserable, constantly fatigued. I am in constant pain and I have painful joints in my hands and sometimes feet. Not sure if they are related or not
