I Have A Hard Lump On My Forehead Under The

I have a hard lump on my forehead under the skin that seems to have appeared in the last month or so, it doesnt hurt, not red at all, can't squash or move it at all. Have been getting quite a few headaches as well. But don't know if this is because not sure what it is and nervous to see a doctor
