I Have A Hard Lump On My Left Butt Cheek.

I have a hard lump on my left butt cheek. I am assuming it's a Boyle but it's been there for 2 weeks. It has no head and it painfully irritated. It's uncomfortable to sit on it with full pressure. What can I do? I have tried hot towels, hot bath, salt scrub, rubbing alcohol, nothing is working. It's is so big that it's rubbing on my right butt cheek and it's causing a pimple sized pain there, too. Omg, please enlighten me with this issue
