I Have A Hard Lump On One Of My Left

I have a hard lump on one of my left ribs. It doesn’t move. I’ve had it for about 18 months and it’s getting bigger. About 2 inches long. I also have pain under my left ribs and lower right ribs that comes and goes. Also pain in my back on the right side, shoulder and neck. My abdomen has suddenly started swelling and I seem to be retaining water. I’m tired all the time and generally feel unwell. I’m not prone to worrying about my health but I know something is not right. Any ideas what this could be?
