I Have A Hard Mass On The Posterior Wall Of

I have a hard mass on the posterior wall of the pharynx, looks like it increased since I last noticed it about a week ago. The reason I kept checking it was because I can feel like ther a lump in my throat, especially after swallowing. And it's cauzing discomfort.. I've been heading to the gym for a few months and lost around 7 pounds so far and that's the only medical change I've had so far
