I Have A Hard Pea Sized Lump On My Labia

I have a hard pea sized lump on my labia minors. I can feel it is round and moveable. It seems to grow come to a white head then with hot compresses it will break and then bleed. It will settle done for days and then return. I have recently had TVT surgery Three weeks ago and it has happened twice since then.
