I Have A Hard, Rice Grain Like Bump On The

I have a hard, rice grain like bump on the underside of my shaft, it doesn't hurt, and is skin colored, it's seems to be more noticeable when I'm erect or stretching the skin around it, it's been worrying me, and I don't have the money for a doctor, please help.
