I Have A Head Cold And Today When I Sneezed

I have a head cold and today when I sneezed several times I suddenly felt a tightening cramping pain in my lower left abdomen. I had to double over to alleviate the pain and it only lasted for a few seconds but I am wondering if this could be a hernia?
