I Have A Headache And My Ears Are Full Feeling

I have a headache and my ears are full feeling and throb. Ears are sensitive to noise and feels like heart beat in my ears. This seems to occur like it did before my acid reflux surgery where they wrap a piece of your stomach around your esophagus. Since my blood pressure was high ( 140/102) they think that is cause. I still think something has came loose from my acid reflux surgery. Cause I had BBQ pork sandwich last night and it is really bothering me today. I am over weight 221 and I am 5 Ft 4 in. I have lower back pain when I am on my feet for any length of time.
