I Have A Healthy 6 Year Old Cavalier Who Jumped

I have a healthy 6 year old Cavalier who jumped down from a chair that is about 24 inches off the floor. She yelped in pain. She is limping a little bit, but right this minute she is laying down on the sofa and is very lethargic. What could be wrong?
