I Have A Heaviness In My Chest And Occasional Pain

I have a heaviness in my chest and occasional pain in my shoulders and arm. I am considering going to the ER but I used meth today and am concerned about it showing up in any bloodwork they might do. Is there a specific drug test that they would have to do for the meth to be detected?
