I Have A Heavy Feeling In My Uterus. It Is

I have a heavy feeling in my uterus. It is down low and kind of feels like a water balloon is sitting in there and there is pressure which seems to be giving me the sensation that I have to urinate but really don't. I am due to get my period soon, possibly this week but that has been changing too.
