I Have A Heavyness In My Head And I Think

I have a heavyness in my head and i think i may have a sort of mental illness like schizophrenia. My grandma had it but i may be getting the highly sensitive person illness. It seems like I receive too much sensory input, it doesnt necessairly bother me but i feel like im half asleep like life is a dream. Plz help
