I Have A Hernia On My Left Side Of My

I have a hernia on my left side of my groin which is causing slot of pain.... Still waiting for my appointment to see the doc but getting very concerned now because it keeps stinging and and in a lot of pain now when coughing ang laughing... Could you pls shed little light on the situation pls many thanks Liam
