I Have A Herniated Belly Button. I Think I May

I have a herniated belly button. I think I may have given it too much exposure to the heat from a campfire because today it has a blister looking area on it. I had a shirt on and was sitting with my wife in lawn chairs. She felt no discomfort from the heat but this is the only thing I can think of which may have happened yesterday evening. What can I do?
