I Have A Hiatal Hernia, But I Have Never Had

I have a hiatal hernia, but I have never had problems with it. I have been sick with the flu, which I usually do not get either and started coughing. My throat is tight, the hernia area feels like someone is squeezing it. I do not have gerd, never have, but it is a little difficult to breathe. My heart rate is fine, my blood pressure is fine.
