I Have A Hiatus Hernia With Rarely Any Efects -

I have a hiatus hernia with rarely any efects - I take omeprazole.
recently I have felt unwell, especially after eating and drinking and have noticed a 'feeling' in my left ribs area, a pulsating internally, rather like when pregnant and the baby moves a foot against the rib!
I have now realised I can actually see this externally. It does not hurt, just feels weird.
