I Have A High Eye Pressure Which Is 27 For

I have a high eye pressure which is 27 for left eye 25 for right eye and I am so worry and afraid of Glaucoma and my doctor told me NOTHING can decrease eye pressure. Till now every thing is normal in my eyes but I hope there is something to prevent this disease
