I Have A High Suspicion Full Thickness Tear In My

I have a high suspicion full thickness tear in my wrist alone with some minor other tears along the tfcc have swelling thru my whole hand do not have real use of my hand fingers are tenders can't bend my finger or barely turn a door knob. Been like this for 6 months I fell on my hand two years ago but problems did not happening till this year. My understanding is that I need for a hand Doctor to go in with a camera to clean up the loose tissue and to also make sure the the tear is not attached it if it is still intact. I need this done I'm I correct or is physical really going to fix the tear?°
