I Have A History Of IBS. Over Last Two Weeks,

I have a history of IBS. Over last two weeks, stong cramping and frequent painful urges to go to bathroom. However, very little is excreted and the relief of going lasts only A FEW minutes then the pain and urgency starts again. In three days, I might have gone to bathroom over thirty times in two and half days. I am so sore and bleeding in rectal area and still cramping
