I Have A History Of Bilateral Knee Replacements In 2001

I have a history of bilateral knee replacements in 2001 & 2010. I was diagnosed with MS since 1983. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet that has worsened since last summer. My legs and feet are very red when I get up in the AM but clear up after about 30 minutes from getting up. Is this something I should be concerned about?
