I Have A History Of Cervical Dysplasia >5 Years Ago.

I have a history of cervical dysplasia >5 years ago. I've had a peculiar vaginal odor tho that was confirmed negative BV YEAST OR STD in the past 4 months by health department. I have a medical background and I want to mention I soaped up my middle finger and inserted in my vagina to the cervix where I felt a hardening like area. I'm really freaking out and want to know should I proceed with a ER visit to determine a suspicion of cervical cancer? Or wait until Monday and attempt to see my OBGYN that I've failed to maintain follow up visits with?
