I Have A History Of Having A DVT In My

I have a history of having a DVT in my left leg with multiple pulmonary embolisims about two years ago. I was shocked to hear I had the PEs because I have a vena cava filter. I've been on Warfarin ever since and faithfully get my INR test every 6 weeks, or when the Dr. wants to see me. Well, last weekend I accidentally slammed my car door on my right leg and now at the injury site and below to the ankle my skin is warm, itchy and pink in color. And, my right ankle and food are swollen and my left ankle and foot are not. I'm thinking I might need to go to the emergency room, or at least call my Dr. Do you concur?
