I Have A History Of Heart Disease, I Am Wearing

I have a history of heart disease, I am wearing 8 stents, recently I did suffer of internal bleeding in my stomach due to an Ulcer, doctors changed my medication I was routinely taking prior to this Ulcer procedure because during my hospital stay I also suffer of an Angina event, they told me that the Plavix was the cause of the bleeding, so I had to stop taking it, instead they prescribed me with Isosorbide nitrate, Brilinta, metoprolol, lisinopril, Astorvastating, and Pantoprazole. The Isosorbide Nitrate however, was making me feel dizzy, all day headache, lightheaded, vertigo and make me walk like I was a drunken sailor; because of these side effects I stopped taking it and went back to Clopidogrel and the rest of the medicines. My question is: Am I in trouble because I took Brilinta and Clopidogrel at the same time for about a week...should I go back to take Isosorbide instead of Clopidogrel?
