I Have A History Of Heart Failure (2013) From Pneumonia.

I have a history of heart failure (2013) from pneumonia. Having dry non productive cough for a little over a year. I recently had chest pain on the middle to right side of my chest that was more noticeable when I took a deep breath. This pain took me to the ER. X-ray showed no problem with my heart but I had mild elevation of left hemi-diaphram. i also have a history of mixed connective tissue disorder, high blood pressure and diabetes. The docs said I will be fine but did not tell me to follow up with a specific doctor about the x-ray results. Should I be concerned?
