I Have A History Of Left Subclavian Steel Syndrome With

I have a history of left subclavian steel syndrome with no symptoms.
This morning i woke up with severe left sided next pain and when I press on the left side of my neck I feel a slight pain on my left upper arm
Possibly, a nerve pinching on my neck, sore neck from being a restless sleeper of maybe something worse?
