I Have A History Of Racing Heart And Heart Flutters
I have a history of racing heart and heart flutters associated with perimenopause that's been quiet since August. I'm not on any medication of any kind. On Tuesday the 22nd I received my first cortisone injection for a frozen shoulder. Yesterday I began experiencing heart flutters every couple of hours -- usually when eating or drinking. Today the doctor's office is closed (Christmas Eve). My face was a little flushed yesterday, too. I'm not experiencing any discomfort or chest pain. Is there any reason to go to the emergency room?
