I Have A History Of Rheumatoid Arthritis And Migraines. I

I have a history of rheumatoid arthritis and migraines. I recently had the worst headache I’ve ever had with throbbing pain, nausea and vomiting. I have also been having more frequent headaches in general. At my recent optometry appointment, I had trouble with the visual field test and my optometrist mentioned that my eye pressure was elevated. I have also been very nearsighted since I was a child. Should I see an ophthalmologist?
