I Have A History Of Severe TBI, High Prolactin, Low

I have a history of severe TBI, High prolactin, low (slightly above normal low end) and very high tsh, splenectomy, vision loss, swelling in ankle bone, legs, feet, hand, bo menstration flr 13 yrs after TBI then irregular monthly for a year now, extreme fatigue, mow grade fever, itchy legs/back, swollen face/nose some mornings, tachycardia/brachycardia too, prolonged QT, bottom blood pressure rises to 90+, GI issues: aversion to eating, sick feeling after eating, dry mouth, recent and still fungus (per dentist) on tongue surface - getting no answers or directions on where to go/do. MRI deviated to left pituitary gland with heterogeneous enhancement
