I Have A History Of Sinusitis. I Just Had A

I have a history of sinusitis. I just had a reaction to HCTZ with a rash and itching. I haven't been able to get my allergy shots in about 6 weeks. I stopped all meds on Thursday. I'm taking loratadine 10mg, montelukast 10mg, zantac 300mg, cetirizine 10mg daily. The rest are vitamins. I had sinus surgery July 2015, done great until Dec. 2015. I got another sinus infection and was put on 4 rounds of antibodics. The last round was Cipro for 6 weeks. It didn't clear it up, so we are waiting for it to start draining to get a culture to send me to an infectious disease doctor. Friday night, I started having bad chills and headache. Saturday ran a fever of 100.1 and still today. When I get up, I get short of breath and my heart rate up to around 110 to 115. Should I go to the ER? I am an LPN nurse and is monitoring my systems.
