I Have A History Of Upper Dvt Post Repeat Thymectomy.

I have a history of upper dvt post repeat thymectomy. 13 stents, 3 flueroscopy in open chest and two left arm thrombectomies, power port, 3 day medically induced coma for pneumonia, I finally recovered. This was July 2010. Wed I was hit by a car. Day 3 and 4 new black n blues very dark upper arm where shoulder broke, red and deep purple honeycomb program behind knee and thigh though negative Doppler on day 2. Now day five purple bruising on left breast and swelling increasing. Now I just discovered odd bruised shape on sternum scar line and the spot where a stent is between chest and sholder above underarm crack. So I think I'm seeing the stents outlined bruising. Would this bruising pattern, that I can see on skin indicate dvt in brachial system again? The Doppler guy who said I was fine in leg day two said it was fine and no further threat would come. I don't want to go to er a third time to look like an idiot or worse. How will ? I know if I'm truly having recurring of upper dv t????
